Tenancy Support

A safe and affordable place to stay is a major goal for many people, but financial and social issues can stop them finding a flat and managing a tenancy.

Practical things like budgeting, paying bills, claiming the right benefits and building a good relationship with landlords can be daunting. Without support,  people often feel alone and unable to cope - resulting in benefit delays, falling behind on rent and loss of good will from their landlord. Most people in this downward spiral are quickly evicted.

Our Safe Space service offers tenancy support for people reducing drug use.

What is Tenancy Support?

Our Tenancy Support service offers 5 hours per week to help with the practical tasks and to explore personal development opportunities for the future.
