Isobel Wylie (Interim Chair)
Isobel has been a Trustee since 1989 and officiates as Secretary to the Board. She is an advocate, member of the Scottish Bar since 1992. She advises the charity on all legal obligations and issues.
Aileen Mathieson
Aileen joined in 2009 as Treasurer. A qualified chartered accountant, Aileen is Chief Financial Officer at Nucleus Finance. She is also a Business Aftercare Adviser to The Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust.
Carolyn Girvan
Recruited in September 2003, Carolyn is an independent business consultant specialising in organisational development and performance management. Her expertise includes strategy implementation and business planning.
John Lawrie
John joined the Board in October 2003. John was an investment manager for Scottish Provident. He was an Edinburgh City Councillor from 1971-5. He has been a board member of a Housing Association in the city for over 30 years and is on some other charitable boards. In 1990, he was awarded the OBE.
Gillian Kynoch
Joined in 2007, Gillian is Head of Development and Innovation, Albert Bartlett and Sons. Her areas of expertise are public sector food standards and procurement, improving food access within low income areas and excluded groups; developing private / public partnerships, social marketing and communications.
Peter Kerr
Joined in 2009; Peter is a chartered accountant and currently works as the Director of Finance and Operations for Investors in People Scotland.
Ciaran McGuigan
Ciaran McGuigan joined the Board in March 2012. Ciaran is currently Interim Director of Standard Life's Finance Shared Services Centre. A qualified chartered accountant, he has 13 years experience of the financial and professional service sectors.
Gemma Jones 
Gemma is a Communications professional with extensive experience in managing complex communication programmes, predominantly within the Financial Services sector. Her specialism includes strategic communication planning and delivery, marketing and engagement. Gemma joined the Board in March 2012.
Ian Macmillan
Ian Macmillan was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan. He has over 28 years financial services experience. During his 20+ year tenure at J.P. Morgan, he has performed a number of management roles in the asset management, investment banking, and securities broking and spent five years in the Far East. Ian joined the Board in March 2012.
