All our Social Enterprises have social purposes and offer trainee placements giving work experience. This project provides one to one support combined with a work placement for people needing to develop their employability skills.

We have a wide range of placements around our organisation. Our current placements include:
• Working at our organic farm growing fruit and vegetables
• Being a drivers mate at CORE our organic waste recycling enterprise
• Being part of the team at Good Food our project re-distributing surplus food to Projects working in the field of Homelessness and Social Exclusion
• Providing support work in our Communities to young people
• Helping people who are at risk of homelessness in our Homeless Prevention Service
• Learning administration and new marketing skills in our Amber Service

We also help match people with employers for work tasters, trials and placements that match their skills and aspirations.

Everyone accessing placements will work alongside a key worker who is experienced in helping people get back to work whether they have been out of work for a long time, looking to change direction or just need a few pointers in helping them look for jobs.
